Rise & Dine Joins as Official Caterer for The LaSalle Bank Columbus Half Marathon
Restaurants Demonstrate Commitment to Community Involvement
COLUMBUS, OH (Apr. 2, 2007) – The LaSalle Bank Columbus Half Marathon proudly announces a
new partnership with Rise & Dine™ Restaurants to serve as the VIP catering partner
for the April 14 event. Approximately 6,000 runners will participate in The LaSalle Bank
Columbus Half Marathon, the Commit to be Fit 5K and The Capital Kids Mascot Chase.
"Rise & Dine Restaurants is proud to be a sponsor and associated with The Columbus
Half Marathon and all the people who are participating in it," said William Rosen, chief
operating officer of Buckeye Peach's LLC, the Ohio area developer for the restaurant chain.
"Our restaurants are neighborhood destinations for fresh, wholesome food that appeals to
everybody, especially the people running in this event. Rise & Dine is committed to
participating in the communities we serve."
The first Rise & Dine opened in the Grandview area in February. Additional locations
are under construction in Dublin, Marion, New Albany, and in the Arena District. Rise &
Dine Restaurants offer breakfast or lunch, dine-in or carryout, from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

year. Their presence adds to the fantastic race experience we are able to offer our runners,"
said David Babner, president of John Bingham Racing. "The Half Marathon, with thousands
of runners and spectators, will be a great introduction for Rise & Dine Restaurants to the
