Invitation to Vendors
Columbus is starting to wake up out of the winter slumber. More people are out on the paths
and lacing up their running shoes. You know what that means right?? It's time to kick off the
running season with John Bingham Racing!!
The Capital City Half Marathon is proud to present the third annual Two-Day
Health and Fitness Expo as a part of The 5th annual Capital City Half Marathon
April 10 and 11, 2008. The expo will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Columbus,
connected to the Columbus Convention Center from 12 noon to 6pm on Thursday April 10, and 11am
to 7pm on Friday April 11. The expo is just a few minutes walk from the start and finish line
at The Lifestyle Communities Pavilion which will kick off 9am Saturday April 12, 2008.
The expo will serve as packet pick-up as well as the only place for the over 5000
participants to pick up their t-shirts and goodie bags.
Running retailers, vendors, other
races, charity groups and many more groups will be present at the expo. Along with the
exhibitors we are hosting several speakers and lectures. John "The Penguin" Bingham
and Coach Jenny will each give individual lectures as well as a panel discussion with sports
and fitness experts. Each participant is sure to leave the expo with not only their race
information but gained knowledge in the active lifestyle area as well as goodies they
have bought during their pre-race spending at your booth!
We still have space available and would love to have you included. Each space will be 8' x
10' and will include an 8' high background drape, 3' high matching side rail and drape, one
(1) identification sign with your company name, one (1) 6' x 2' x 30" high table with white
cover and skirting on three sides and 2 chairs. The cost per booth for both days is a total of
$500. Please fill out the Two-Day Health and Fitness Expo registration form and follow the
mail in instructions for inclusion in this expo.
